

Natali Hurtado is an executive with extensive public service and leadership experience. Since 2020 she has served as Executive Director with Hawes Hill and Associates, LLP. She works with the Board of Directors to improve the district through public safety initiatives, environmental and urban design projects, and community development programs. Prior to being promoted, Natali served as Director of Services and Assistant Director with the firm. From 2009 to 2011, she served as District Director for Texas State Representative Kristi Thibaut.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts from University of Houston with a double major in Political Science and Psychology. She earned a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from University of St. Thomas in Houston.
In 2020 Natali was a candidate for the Texas House of Representatives to represent District 126. She was part of the Leadership North Houston Graduate Class of 2013. She was recognized as a Rising Star by the League of Women Voters in 2011 and was a scholarship recipient in 2009 for Women Professionals in Government.
Natali has served as a Trustee on The Harris Center Board since 2021, and is currently serving as The Harris Center Board Liaison to The Harris Center Foundation Board.
